Directions: We are about 15 minutes walk from the main Moor Street railway station.
By car, from the A38/A4400 turn onto Belgrave Middleway (going eastwards). After 300 yards go straight across at a roundabout, then, after another 400 yards, turn left into Horton Square. Then, very soon, turn left at a T-junction into Highgate Street which becomes the B4126 (Gooch Street). After 300 yards, turn right into Bissell Street and we are a short distance down on the right. There is a car park opposite.

What to remember when you come for your HGV medical or taxi medical...

If you wear glasses for driving bring them for the eyesight test. If we've sent you a sample bottle, remember to bring a urine sample with you. If not, we'll ask you to do a sample when you arrive, so don't go just beforehand.

Make sure you have your medical form for the doctor to fill in. Please fill in the section with your name and address and GP details before you arrive. (If you have a DVLC D4 medical form this is on the back page.)

Bring identification with you, such as a passport or photo driving licence. If you don't have either please call us.
