From the M65 leaves at junction 6 (Blackburn North) and take the A6119 Whitbirk Drive signposted Preston/M6. Go past the Mercedes Benz garage on the left hand side and go straight through traffic lights and take next left into Philips Road (signposted Daisyfield Industrial Estate).

Drive for 240 metres (past houses on your right) then turn left into the industrial estate.

We are in the first building on the left. There is a sign outside which says Glenfield Park.

What to remember when you come for your HGV medical or taxi medical...

If you wear glasses for driving bring them for the eyesight test. If we've sent you a sample bottle, remember to bring a urine sample with you. If not, we'll ask you to do a sample when you arrive, so don't go just beforehand.

Make sure you have your medical form for the doctor to fill in. Please fill in the section with your name and address and GP details before you arrive. (If you have a DVLA D4 medical form this is on the back page.)

Bring identification with you, such as a passport or photo driving licence. If you don't have either please call us.
