We are situated in the centre of Darlington. We used the premises of Cooper and Leatherbarrow opticians. When you arrive, say that you have come for a medical and the doctor will meet you.

There is a car park nearby and some street parking.

We are conveniently placed for Barton, Stockton on Tees, Middlesbrough, Kirby Sigston, Newton Aycliffe, and Durham.

What to remember when you come for your HGV medical or taxi medical...

If you wear glasses for driving bring them for the eyesight test. If we've sent you a sample bottle, remember to bring a urine sample with you. If not, we'll ask you to do a sample when you arrive, so don't go just beforehand.

Make sure you have your medical form for the doctor to fill in. Please fill in the section with your name and address and GP details before you arrive. (If you have a DVLC D4 medical form this is on the back page.)

Bring identification with you, such as a passport or photo driving licence. If you don't have either please call us.
