Bus Depot, Gosport Road, Fareham, PO16 0ST

We are in the bus depot on Gosport Road on the route from Fareham to Gosport. This is not a public bus station so the entrance is not very obvious. It is easy to drive straight past before you notice it. Come off the M27 at junction 11 and follow the A27 towards Fareham. Take a left fork onto the A32 following signs to Gosport.

We are on the left on this road on a slight left bend. There is a First Bus sign but the best thing to look for is a Magnet warehouse building on the left. There is a small road on the left immediately before this which you need to turn into. It is easy to miss so watch out for the Magnet building. Drive round to the bus depot and park your car. Report to the reception entrance.

What to remember when you come for your HGV medical or taxi medical...

If you wear glasses for driving bring them for the eyesight test. If we've sent you a sample bottle, remember to bring a urine sample with you. If not, we'll ask you to do a sample when you arrive, so don't go just beforehand.

Make sure you have your medical form for the doctor to fill in. Please fill in the section with your name and address and GP details before you arrive. (If you have a DVLA D4 medical form this is on the back page.)

Bring identification with you, such as a passport or photo driving licence. If you don't have either please call us.
