Turn off at junction 9 of the M27, and follow signs for the A27 to the first roundabout.
Take the first exit (signposted Segensworth East). Soon come to a small roundabout and take the second exit onto Barnes Wallis Road. Continue along Barnes Wallis Road and we are the last building on the left before the roundabout, just after the recycling centre. There is a large sign on the building saying "Citibase"

What to remember when you come for your HGV medical or taxi medical...
If you wear glasses for driving bring them for the eyesight test. If we've sent you a sample bottle, remember to bring a urine sample with you. If not, we'll ask you to do a sample when you arrive, so don't go just beforehand.
Make sure you have your medical form for the doctor to fill in. Please fill in the section with your name and address and GP details before you arrive. (If you have a DVLA D4 medical form this is on the back page.)
Bring identification with you, such as a passport or photo driving licence. If you don't have either please call us.
