From junction 30 on the M25, take the A13 towards Basildon. In 2 miles, take the exit onto the A1012 towards Town Centre.
At the second roundabout turn right into Devonshire Road. Then turn right into Drake Road. Follow this road for 3/4 mile. Go over a couple of mini roundabouts.  After Edmund Road on the right the road bends more sharply to the left.
All Saints Church Beacon Centre is directly ahead of you next door to Busy Bees Day Nursery.

What to remember when you come for your HGV medical or taxi medical...

If you wear glasses for driving bring them for the eyesight test. If we've sent you a sample bottle, remember to bring a urine sample with you. If not, we'll ask you to do a sample when you arrive, so don't go just beforehand.

Make sure you have your medical form for the doctor to fill in. Please fill in the section with your name and address and GP details before you arrive. (If you have a DVLC D4 medical form this is on the back page.)

Bring identification with you, such as a passport or photo driving licence. If you don't have either please call us.
