Take the A1081 towards Harpenden. After 3½ miles turn right into Roundwood Lane at traffic lights. You will see the Hot Office Business Centre right in front of you.

From Harpenden
Drive right through the town centre on the A1081. At the traffic lights at the Bell public house, turn left into Roundwood Lane. You will see the Hot Office Business Centre right in front of you.

What to remember when you come for your HGV medical or taxi medical...

If you wear glasses for driving bring them for the eyesight test. If we've sent you a sample bottle, remember to bring a urine sample with you. If not, we'll ask you to do a sample when you arrive, so don't go just beforehand.

Make sure you have your medical form for the doctor to fill in. Please fill in the section with your name and address and GP details before you arrive. (If you have a DVLC D4 medical form this is on the back page.)

Bring identification with you, such as a passport or photo driving licence. If you don't have either please call us.
