We are on the junction of Warwick Road and Randall Road. Warwick Road is the main street through Kenilworth. Turn off into Randall Road and we are on your right as soon as you turn into Randall Road, above the Myton hospice shop.

There is usually plenty of car parking in the town but remember to allow time to find somewhere. Two nearby car parks include Sainsburys (turn right out of Randall Road), and the Talisman car park (turn left out of Randall Road into Warwick Road and then further up, left again into Greville Road. Follow signs for parking.

What to remember when you come for your HGV medical or taxi medical...

If you wear glasses for driving bring them for the eyesight test. If we've sent you a sample bottle, remember to bring a urine sample with you. If not, we'll ask you to do a sample when you arrive, so don't go just beforehand.

Make sure you have your medical form for the doctor to fill in. Please fill in the section with your name and address and GP details before you arrive. (If you have a DVLC D4 medical form this is on the back page.)

Bring identification with you, such as a passport or photo driving licence. If you don't have either please call us.
