Weetwood Hall Conference Centre, Otley Road, Leeds, LS16 5PS

Weetwood Hall is a large conference centre just north of Leeds town centre, not far from the Leeds/Bradford Airport. From the centre of Leeds take the A660 Otley Road north towards Otley and the airport.

When you come to the A6120 ring road we are on the right just before the roundabout. You will need to go round the roundabout to turn into the entrance. When you arrive, report to the conference centre Reception (don't go to the hotel Reception).

What to remember when you come for your HGV medical or taxi medical...

If you wear glasses for driving bring them for the eyesight test. If we've sent you a sample bottle, remember to bring a urine sample with you. If not, we'll ask you to do a sample when you arrive, so don't go just beforehand.

Make sure you have your medical form for the doctor to fill in. Please fill in the section with your name and address and GP details before you arrive. (If you have a DVLC D4 medical form this is on the back page.)

Bring identification with you, such as a passport or photo driving licence. If you don't have either please call us.
