From the north side of Leicester, drive down Loughborough Road and turn right into Holden Street which becomes Ross Walk.
Leicester Business Centre is a long building 500 yards on the left. Go in through the gate at the right hand end of the building (marked "FÂ Gate"), and go up a flight of steps immediately in front of you on the left.
Report to Reception just inside the building.
What to remember when you come for your HGV medical or taxi medical...
If you wear glasses for driving bring them for the eyesight test. If we've sent you a sample bottle, remember to bring a urine sample with you. If not, we'll ask you to do a sample when you arrive, so don't go just beforehand.
Make sure you have your medical form for the doctor to fill in. Please fill in the section with your name and address and GP details before you arrive. (If you have a DVLC D4 medical form this is on the back page.)
Bring identification with you, such as a passport or photo driving licence. If you don't have either please call us.
