Rouen House is 100 yards down from the top of Rouen Road going down the hill away from town. It is the first business building on the left.  
Go through the reception area to the stairs. Go up to the 1st floor and turn left and go into the "First" bus company Reception and take a seat. The doctor will call you through.
There is meter parking in the street and a car park 300 yards further down the hill.

What to remember when you come for your HGV medical or taxi medical...

If you wear glasses for driving bring them for the eyesight test. If we've sent you a sample bottle, remember to bring a urine sample with you. If not, we'll ask you to do a sample when you arrive, so don't go just beforehand.

Make sure you have your medical form for the doctor to fill in. Please fill in the section with your name and address and GP details before you arrive. (If you have a DVLA D4 medical form this is on the back page.)

Bring identification with you, such as a passport or photo driving licence. If you don't have either please call us.
