We are in the north part of Nottingham. From the M1, exit at junction 26 and drive along the A610 for 1.9 miles. Turn left into the B6004 and follow this around various junctions for 2.4 miles. You will then be on Arnold Road and will come to a crossroads where the road ahead becomes dual carriageway. Turn left here into Beckhampton Road, follow this around for 1 mile.

On the right you will see a Co-op store and just after that is Bestwood Park Church. Turn into the church car park and you will see a sign for "Health at Work" which is where we are.

What to remember when you come for your HGV medical or taxi medical...

If you wear glasses for driving bring them for the eyesight test. If we've sent you a sample bottle, remember to bring a urine sample with you. If not, we'll ask you to do a sample when you arrive, so don't go just beforehand.

Make sure you have your medical form for the doctor to fill in. Please fill in the section with your name and address and GP details before you arrive. (If you have a DVLC D4 medical form this is on the back page.)

Bring identification with you, such as a passport or photo driving licence. If you don't have either please call us.
