Omnia One is a tall building directly opposite West Bar Police Station. The police station itself is on the road called West Bar in central Sheffield.

Meter parking is available in the surrounding roads. You will generally be leaving your appointment within 30 minutes of your appointment start time, so will need to plan for that amount of parking time.

What to remember when you come for your HGV medical or taxi medical...

If you wear glasses for driving bring them for the eyesight test. If we've sent you a sample bottle, remember to bring a urine sample with you. If not, we'll ask you to do a sample when you arrive, so don't go just beforehand.

Make sure you have your medical form for the doctor to fill in. Please fill in the section with your name and address and GP details before you arrive. (If you have a DVLC D4 medical form this is on the back page.)

Bring identification with you, such as a passport or photo driving licence. If you don't have either please call us.
