The Bus Depot, Portswood Road, Southampton, SO17 2BE

We are in the bus depot in Portswood Road. This is not a public bus station so the entrance is not very obvious. It is 50 yards down from the junction with St Denys Road.

You will find somewhere to park in nearby streets. Report to the enquiry office when you arrive, and the doctor will meet you.

What to remember when you come for your HGV medical or taxi medical...

If you wear glasses for driving bring them for the eyesight test. If we've sent you a sample bottle, remember to bring a urine sample with you. If not, we'll ask you to do a sample when you arrive, so don't go just beforehand.

Make sure you have your medical form for the doctor to fill in. Please fill in the section with your name and address and GP details before you arrive. (If you have a DVLC D4 medical form this is on the back page.)

Bring identification with you, such as a passport or photo driving licence. If you don't have either please call us.
