The doctor works in the medical centre of one of our customers, the First bus company.

From the M27, jnt 5, follow signs towards Southampton city centre onto Stoneham Way. At the second traffic lights turn left into Thomas Lewis Way (signposted city centre) and at the fourth set of lights turn left into Horseshoe Bridge (signposted Empress Road Industrial Estate). Then turn immediately right into Empress Road. We are in the bus depot immediately on the left.

What to remember when you come for your HGV medical or taxi medical...

If you wear glasses for driving bring them for the eyesight test. If we've sent you a sample bottle, remember to bring a urine sample with you. If not, we'll ask you to do a sample when you arrive, so don't go just beforehand.

Make sure you have your medical form for the doctor to fill in. Please fill in the section with your name and address and GP details before you arrive. (If you have a DVLA D4 medical form this is on the back page.)

Bring identification with you, such as a passport or photo driving licence. If you don't have either please call us.
