From the end of the M10 just south of St Albans, take the A5183 Watling Street towards the town centre for half a mile.
At the end of the road turn left into Watford Road. After 300 yards turn right into St Stevens Avenue. At the end of the road turn left into Abbey Avenue.
We are in the premises of Paul Adler optometrists which is just ahead on the left.

What to remember when you come for your HGV medical or taxi medical...

If you wear glasses for driving bring them for the eyesight test. If we've sent you a sample bottle, remember to bring a urine sample with you. If not, we'll ask you to do a sample when you arrive, so don't go just beforehand.

Make sure you have your medical form for the doctor to fill in. Please fill in the section with your name and address and GP details before you arrive. (If you have a DVLC D4 medical form this is on the back page.)

Bring identification with you, such as a passport or photo driving licence. If you don't have either please call us.
