Cheadle Royal Hospital, 100 Wilmslow Road, Cheadle, SK8 3DG

Leave the M60 at Junction 4 and drive south along the A34 towards Cheadle Hulme. After 1 1/4 miles, exit the sliproad to a roundabout and turn right onto the B5358 Wilmslow Road. You will soon come to Cheadle Royal Hospital. Turn in at the main entrance and park near the main building (a large old building) and go into Reception there and say you have come for a driver's medical.

Please DO NOT telephone the hospital about this appointment as we are guests at these premises and the staff at the hospital will know nothing about your appointment.

What to remember when you come for your HGV medical or taxi medical...

If you wear glasses for driving bring them for the eyesight test. If we've sent you a sample bottle, remember to bring a urine sample with you. If not, we'll ask you to do a sample when you arrive, so don't go just beforehand.

Make sure you have your medical form for the doctor to fill in. Please fill in the section with your name and address and GP details before you arrive. (If you have a DVLC D4 medical form this is on the back page.)

Bring identification with you, such as a passport or photo driving licence. If you don't have either please call us.
