High Street is a one way road so should be approached by car from Oxford Street.

Go into the photograph shop called Photoshop and report to the National Express counter there. We work from the premises of the bus company and you will be directed to where the doctor works.

There is a multistorey car park immediately opposite.

What to remember when you come for your HGV medical or taxi medical...

If you wear glasses for driving bring them for the eyesight test. If we've sent you a sample bottle, remember to bring a urine sample with you. If not, we'll ask you to do a sample when you arrive, so don't go just beforehand.

Make sure you have your medical form for the doctor to fill in. Please fill in the section with your name and address and GP details before you arrive. (If you have a DVLC D4 medical form this is on the back page.)

Bring identification with you, such as a passport or photo driving licence. If you don't have either please call us.
