We are in a large white six-storey building just off Spring Road in Ettingshall in Wolverhampton. You need to turn into a small road just off Spring Road. If you are travelling towards the centre of Wolverhampton it's a left turn.
As soon as you turn off Spring Road the building is on your right.
There is generally parking space at the back of the building or nearby.
There may be a sign on the building saying Citibase or Saturn.

Please note that some maps label Spring Road as "Manor Road". We don't know why, but officially it's Spring Road.   Click for a more detailed picture

What to remember when you come for your HGV medical or taxi medical...

If you wear glasses for driving bring them for the eyesight test. If we've sent you a sample bottle, remember to bring a urine sample with you. If not, we'll ask you to do a sample when you arrive, so don't go just beforehand.

Make sure you have your medical form for the doctor to fill in. Please fill in the section with your name and address and GP details before you arrive. (If you have a DVLC D4 medical form this is on the back page.)

Bring identification with you, such as a passport or photo driving licence. If you don't have either please call us.
