Fellow drivers, I was looking for value for money medical as my GP charges £100. I typed hgv medical into Google looking for doctor in Bristol area, Cotswold Medicals seemed most genuine as they carry out medicals for 'First Bus' in Bristol bus station clinic. I rang on Monday and attended medical Thursday  at 17:30 hrs same week.I attended clinic at Little Sodbury not far from junction 18 M4.
