Call us between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m, Monday to Friday, on 01454 317436 or 0870 609 1540. You will be asked what part of the country you live in so we can advise you of our nearest location. Alternatively, you can choose the site you prefer on the map and mention that when you call. We can do your HGV medical, LGV medical, or taxi medical, at all of our sites around the UK.

We generally aim to offer an appointment within a maximum of ten days, although this varies according to the demand from week to week. We usually run appointments during office hours, Monday to Friday. We will tell you what appointments are available at your preferred location and can also suggest alternative appointments at other locations if necessary. Once you are able to confirm the appointment we will take the payment by credit card or debit card at the time of the booking and enter this as a definite appointment.

You will need to have your postcode and full address available and we will ask you for a telephone number in case we need to call you about any changes to the arrangement. You can give us a mobile number, a home number, or a work number – whichever is the best to reach you.

We will send you confirmation of the arrangements and confirming your payment and will also send you directions. Please remember that if the appointment is at very short notice, you won’t get your letter in time, so you will need to have pen and paper ready in case we need to give you the directions over the phone.


What do I need to bring to the appointment?

Remember, you need to bring photographic identification such as a passport or photo driving licence to your appointment. If you do not, the examination may be cancelled and you may lose your money.

If you are attending for an HGV medical or an LGV medical, you will need to bring a D4 medical form.
